How to Export a .BMS file from Mitchell Connect

Open Mitchell connect and select the jobs folder from the left pane. Choose a job that you want to export the estimate from and click continue estimate. The first time you try to export a file you will need to set up the BMS export settings. Click on the drop down arrow next to Export EMS and select view import/export settings. 

Select the BMS export in the top of the popup window. Choose a destination folder that you would like all the export files to be saved in. You can toggle on the auto export check box if you would like to do this automatically. otherwise you will manually export each file.

After the destination folder has been chosen click save in the bottom right corner of the popup window. You are now ready to export a file. Click the down arrow again next to the Export EMS tab and select Export BMS. 

You will see a green notification at the top of the page that says the export has been successful. Now you can open the 1 Source ADAS portal and upload the BMS file to generate a report.
